A courtyard complex consisting of two apartment buildings and five multi-story terraced houses. The terraced houses are combinations of apartment and row houses, containing both one- and two-story apartments of various sizes. The smallest units are two-bedroom apartments, and the largest ones are four-bedroom apartments. Developer: Tampereen Vuokratalosäätiö (Tampere Rental Housing Foundation). Builder: Seicon Oy. The project is the result of a land allocation competition.
